  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No we do not hold properties. You would need to apply, be approved, sign the lease, and pay the security deposit in order for a property to be taken off the market.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: Just the first month’s rent and security deposit.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: 18
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: The security deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage or violations of lease terms that would necessitate not refunding some or all of the security deposit.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: Co-signers are done on a case by case basis and there is no set criteria.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Applications are done right on our website Find the available property and click Apply Now.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Rent is paid online via your secure tenant portal. We do not take checks.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: If you are an existing tenant, please contact your property manager to discuss first. At a minimum you would need to sign a Pet Addendum and pay a pet deposit.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Contact your property manager to discuss.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Notify your property manager in writing, within the allowable notice period that you intend to move. Your property manager will contact you with next steps.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Generally, the owner of the property will be responsible for repairs and maintenance. However, if the repair is part of an action caused by a tenant, the tenant would be responsible.
